Nylon (PA6), also named as Polyamide, with good properties of high mechanical strength, high softening temperature, heat resistance, low coefficient of friction, wear-resistance, self-lubricant, shock-absorbing and silencers, oil resistance. Fiber-reinforced PA can reduce water absorption, so that they can withstand high temperature and high humidity working conditions. With such a superior performance, polyamide compounded materials have replaced some metals as the structural material. It's widely used in electronic and electrical appliances, automobiles, machinery industries, military weapons and other field.
PA 66
Polyamide 66 has good rigidity, hardness, abrasion resistance and thermal dimensional stability. In addition, nylon 66 has outstanding wear resistance and low frictional properties. It also has very good temperature, chemical, and impact properties.
